One Card - Two Challenges

I managed two in one with this card - it's a long time since I managed this.
The challenge at Stampacular Sunday Challenge is "Mums, the word!" and is a tribute to all mothers whilst at Our Creative Corner it is Mother's Day.

I seem to have been making many flower arrangements on my cards recently so I thought what better than a floral tribute to a Mother - an everlasting one at that.

I stamped the background in peach with a Laura Ashley stamp (a birthday gift from the fabulous Sharon and overlaid that in brown with a Basic Grey flourish stamp. I cut the base for the center piece with Nesties labels 1, cut leaves with the Leone Em branch punch and finished with a selection of flowers from my stash.

Now all that's left is to make a box for its - it certainly won't fit in an envelope.

I did my usual and mirrored the inside - I haven't put any sentiment on it yet as due to another bout of whishy-washiness I couln't make my mind up!!!

Now I'm off to settle down and do some serious commenting - that's if Mr Blogger will let me - he had been so slow today I've fallen asleep trying to leave comments.
