Lili of the Valley = Bev's sketch

Well this is the last image I'd pre-coloured so it's get stuck into a few more, but I desperately need to catch up with my DT cards first.

This is following amother of Bev's fabulous sketches at Lili of the Valley.

I coloured the image with distress inks, I inked the edge with Faded Jeans and stamped with a snowflake stamp. The papers are from Kars Christmas collection pad, the white is embossed with the Snowdots folder and inked, again with Faded Jeans. The two corners are cut with Spellbinders Build a Flake and two buttons with the shanks cut off finish them. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the thread was white until I died it with the Faded Jeans distress ink.

This card would not photograph, I've had it inside, outside, on the floor, with flash, without flash, with daylight lamps - the cherry blossoms and the white snowflake corners look creamy and the blues all look different which they don't in real life.

Thanks for calling by, hope you've all had a brilliant weekend, I've had joiners in fitting my kitchen work surface and now have 10 ton of sawdust to capture and get a grip of.

Hope you're not still cleaning up the sawdust, that's almost the same as cleaning up plaster dust, it keeps on coming doesn't it :D! Another fabulous card Heather and amazing colouring. I love the snowflake stamping around the image and the die cut snowflakes too, such pretty colours, yummy! Hugs, Chris xxx

I sympathize wholeheartedly - am still finding bits of glass from the new windows that were fitted a couple of weeks ago & as for the photos - am having to redo my DT ones later this morning. Anyhow I love this image & all your detail around the image panel. Hope your kitchen is functional. The kitchen & the bathroom are the worst.......
