Colour Create - Colours of the Rainbow

We welcome a new designer to our team this week. Di (hi Di - welcome hunny) has joined us on a permanent basis and we are all thrilled as she makes stunning cards and will certainly be an inspiration to us all. Welcome to the team Di, we hope you have lots of fun! Sadly, we are saying goodbye to Judy (miss you Judy), who has stepped down from her DT post due to family commitments. We will really miss you Judy and hope you can still join in from time to time ;o)

Before announcing details of this week's challenge, we are pleased to offer some candy as a 'thank you' for putting up with the changes we've made this week. One lucky winner will receive the following items and all we ask is that you only enter this challenge if you would like to be entered into the draw. Otherwise, please feel free as always to combine our challenge with any others you fancy entering.

The candy consists of:
DCWV Spring Stack Papers
Papermania Flowery Border Strips
Hobbycraft Lilac Wired Organza Ribbon
Queen & Co Pink Felt Fusion Ribbon
Papermania Snag'em Stamp Duo
White Fabric Roses

Here is your colour combination then:

So, please use as many of the rainbow colours as you can in your creation this week.

For the extra option we would like you to create a scene on your card or project, but please remember that this is not compulsory.

Oh Boy !! did this week's challenge take me out of my comfort zone. Rainbow colours - not really me, but I could cope with that, create a scene - great I love creating a scene - now came the bit that really had me 'stumped' - putting them together - EEEK!!! I went for the easy option of downloading a rainbow image and adding it to my scene which I then kept in fairly neutral colours. Tilda is coloured in distress inks, the mushrooms in Copics. I paper pieced the trees with Pink Petticoat downloaded papers and also used the same range of papers for the grass. The 'fence' is Basic Grey chipboard which I covered with the same paper as the tree bark then covered Glossy accents. The cow is a little die cut I've had forever - I put it in the field then thought - now you're being silly, so I took it off.
But I missed it, I think it looks great there - so I put it back.

I am also entering this card for the
Magnolia Down Under challenge which is 'Moving to the Country' - I think this card qualifies for this challenge quite well.

I haven't done the inside (it took too long to do the outside lol) plus I'm not sure quite how to tackle the inside - suggestion welcome - please.

Rainbow and all -- it is just perfection and the paper piecing is so exquisite. What more could you possibly add (to the inside?) -- you've increased your parameters for comfort.
