At Truly Scrumptious this week we have a new challenge - a fabulous sketch by Sharon and the optional extra is brads, buttons and bows.
Our sponsor is Angela from Sew Many Cards who is generously providing FIVE fabulous images from her store for this weeks winner.
We DT's got to choose and image and I went with 'Halen wearing Hat' - I love the cute face. She is colouring with Copics and I gave her a string of pearls for her necklace. Here's was another lesson learnt the hard way - when using pearls etc. on such a long string - start in the middle, I foolishly started at both ends then had to squeeze them all up and shuffle them around to get them to fit, by which time the glue had dried and I had to peel it off and start again. At least I used my hot glue gun which peeled off fairly easily.
The papers are from Donna's Extreme volume III at Bearly Mine Crafts. What I love about these papers, they print out a dream and mix and match so easily. The sentiment is computer generated and cut with a Nellie Snellon die and I used a clear button as the center. Everything else is from my stash.
