I've made it at last - WOYWW. I've recently got into the habit of having a good old sort out and clear up on Tuesdays - more out of necessity than anything else, my weekend crafting having created chaos and not being able to find a thing. My cleaning phase happened early this week so chaos has started to appear once more, although it is fairly tidy (for me), but up to press has been thoroughly boring on Wednesdays.
Here's one thing that shouldn't be here - he's at it again, he really does believe I stash flower purely as toys for him - what he gets up to in the middle of the night, heaven only know but I find flowers all over in the mornings.
My Scorpal is upside down as his little black foot fell off and I've been trying to stick it back, the three tubs at the back contain tapes (foam and double sided), glues of various types and the last one sharp things and paintbrushes. My guillotine is top right - that's always there and the box of odd ribbons I've been sorting out but run out of hangers but have done quite a few. These are hung on my door and easily accessible.
This is the other side of my desk - the bug is always there, the small box of flowers that I should have put out of the thief's way. My box of use everyday inks and the threads are the re-start of my tutorial on braiding. The first one is still lurking in some dark corner of my computer unwilling to come out.
Finally getting in on the tail end of the act again is Chester, under the desk is the filing cabinet is where I keep some of my 12"x12" patterned papers, my spare mat and a couple of cutters sit on top. Next to this is my waste paper basket which contains all my bits and a good few failed experiments and really could do with emptying.
My Copics and inks??? They're on my dining room table - perhaps I should have photographed that as well - NO - too much mess!!
Well I really enjoyed this and shall certainly be doing it again - it will be interesting to look back on.
great workspace, love all your ribbons hung up. Fab kitty getting in on the act lol
