If you don't have pearl gems you can use pearly buttons, pearl glimmer mist, liquid pearls, perfect pearls, pearlescent card, lots of possibilities and the lace can be paper lace, lacey design paper, lacey border punch, not necessarily fabric lace.
We are featuring Magnolia this week so Tilda is around in abundance.
As always our lovely Boss Heidi is sponsoring this challenge with a $25 trolley dash around her Simon Says Stamp Superstore, and she will pay the postage costs too.
Oh how I love this Tilda, she is so beautiful. She is coloured with Copics and cut with round nestabilities and the edges inked with Antique linen distress ink. I cut two circles with nesties to create some dimensional interest. The papers are the beautiful Cappella by Basic Grey. The Simon Says Stamp store have a fabulous collection of Magnolia stamps and Basic Grey products. The flower is cut with the EK Success retro flower punch, the corner cut with the Provocraft Vintage corner die, the flourishes with a Marianne creatable and the lace work around the image also with a Marianne creatable die. The lace and pearls are from my stash and everything is liberally glittered with the fabulous Stardust stickles. Pop across to the Simon Says Stamp store and look at the vast selection of the new Ranger distressed stickles, they are totally delicious, I can't make my mind up which I can manage without lol.
Oh WOW Heather, gorgeous card, sweet Tilda and wonderful details.

ReplyDeleteDivine - what fab colouring, and I love the colour scheme of the whole card too. I really want to make a Tilda card (but as I have a birthday card to do for a 19 year old bloke, I think I'll wait till after, don't think he'd appreciate "cute"!).
