WOYWW

WOYWW - Well this should dispel the notion that I am a neat and tidy crafter. In the middle of this picture is a little white tub of dental floss I was using to tie my balloon in the previous post and as I had no control over it, rather it controlled me I moved to cotton, hence the box of coloured cottons. The circle to the top left of the dental floss is a die cut, underneath it is the die, still there because I cannnot for the life in me find the rest to put them all away. You will see several punches - this is when I make my mess, embellishing  - absolutely everything comes out until I finally make my mind up which to use.

This next picture is just a close up of the previous one. Few copics there - where are the rest.
See the next picture.

My dining room table, copics, daylight lamp and a load more 'mess', including another tub of dental floss - lost the first one - got out another.

Whilst I'm wandering around I might as well show you the kitchen - work surface. Along with stamps, (usually in need of cleaning - which is supposedly why they're there) there are inks, acrylic blocks, embossing powder, coffee cup and a couple of bottles of wine - necessary to maintain my sanity after spending the day leaving a trail of chaos in my wake.

Now here is the floor and my embellishment cupboard.

Last but not least - my chair, guess who crafts standing up? The bin has been emptied since last week - honestly - a few more failed experiments have landed in there. The huge builders size tube of silicone is one my son bought me when I complained that no-one sold crafting silicone here in Germany. It works great, is economical and apparentlty a log of the Dutch girls use this.
Not such a tidy crafter at all and believe me it can get a lot worse than this!!
Now I'm going to clear it all away then I can start on the next mess - or should I say card.

I feel better now I've seen yours Heather. Hope you are still enjoying life in Germany. I don't get much chance to comment but I still follow you and take sneaky peaks at your stunning creations.

  10. Ah but you see Heather - you tidy up in between things which puts you in the tidy category! Love that you use the monster silicone tube...I would get into such a mess with that! I do that too -lose one so get another out...the discipline is learning then to find and put both away!!

  33. When you leave a trail like that I think it's to let people know you're around hehe. Snap with the dental floss - I've got some on my desk this week, but I'd used it for sewing as it's nice and strong.
