I've mirror imaged the sketch as it suited the image better and chose to use my new Skiing Henry Mouse from WOJ. I coloured him in Copics, the edges are inked with distress inks and I've used Kars extra fine glitter on the snow. The snowflakes are a mixture from Cuttlebug and EK Success snowflake punch. I've been experimenting again and discovered you can stamp and heat emboss on ribbon. Ive just added one to each of the two pieces of ribbon top right and bottom left but can't wait totry something more elaborate. The snowflake stamp is Papermania as is the sentiment.
Image - Whiff of Joy - Sking Henry Mouse
Medium - Copics : Ranger distress re-inkers
Paper - Basic Grey Granola
Stamps - Papermania - snowflake and sentiment
Tools - Cuttlebug Snowflake die : Ek Success snowflake punch : Heatgun :
Embellishments - Pearls and ribbons from stash

ReplyDeleteHeather, I was trying so hard to be a good girl and not spend more money on stamps! I was trying to resist ordering these sweet WOJ Henry the Mouse stamps but, oh no, you just had to go and make an absolutely adorable card and colour Henry so perfectly, that I was not able to withstand the temptation any longer!!! Now, I've broke down and ordered several of the Henry stamps! Well, Thanks a lot, Heather! Way to go,he,he,he!
