These are the colours for the Copic Colour Challenge this week.
I'm happy with the colours this week - I couldn't cope with the acid yellow last week. I used to have sick migraines and moved into a house with acid yellow bedroom walls - now that yellow reminds me of the horrendous migraines I used to have.

I tried to keep the image coloured only with the three nominated colours but green crept in on the flower leaves. I had intended to glitter the flower - but forgot - I always leave the glittering to the end these days as I can't wait for it to dry - then I forget to add it derrr....
I used Alva with flower and sat her on a piece of paper I'd 'grunged' up by staining and stamping with various inks and stamps. I've just noticed slight bleeding around Alva's hat - just call me Mrs. Impatient - I used Memento ink but can't even wait a few minutes for that to dry.

Fab job with your colouring Heather, a great card. I do know what you mean about waiting for glitter to dry, I usually end up touching and smearing it.

ReplyDeleteBleeding? Naaaa, that's just a little shadowing...
Great card, I think it looks great. I'm thinking not glittering helped give a more rustic look which compliments the colors used quite nicely. Beautiful as usual.
