Our Challenge at Simon Says Stamp this week is to
Use Your Favourite Tool
I am sure you have many different uses for tools - from scissors to pliers and many more!!!
Use Your Favourite Tool
I am sure you have many different uses for tools - from scissors to pliers and many more!!!
Which???
I eventually decided on the unsung hero of my Scoring Board
Each time I make a card I made a box - often this box is bulky and usually has to withstand some or ether postal treatment (or should I say the Postal mistreatment)
I chose this card as it is ready and need posting.
I decided to made a coordinating 'envelope'
These boxes usually 6x6inc (15x15cm) with double thickness around the edges for extra strength.
It can be adapted to other sizes.
Card and in the box
The card sat above the box
I used the Martha Stewart Scoring Board to create the box.
This is my Tonic Studios Guillotine which has to be used several times each day - from a piece of card to a slip of paper.
My Cuttlebug doesn't need any mention but eeeeekk!!!! at the thought of being with out it and what I could possibly replace it. Perhaps I should set my self a challenge of not using it for a week!!!! Perhaps not!!
The papers used are the gorgeous My Mine's Eye A Beautiful Life and Magnolia's Doohickey Buttrrfly
As usual Heidi will be giving one lucky entrant a $50 voucher to her FANTASTIC Simon Says Stamp Superstore !! For fabulous tutorials, inspiration and candy you should keep an eye on the Simon Says StampBlog too
I have a cobble for challenges
Papertake Weekly - Anything goes
Stamp with Fun - nothing with Easter
I have already been asked about doing on a tutorial on another box - hopefully this should be ready soon.
Meanwhile have a fabulous day and hope the snow doesn't too much !!!!

Simon Says Stamp!
Gorgeous!! I love your card and box - but I think your box is so lovely, you'll need to make another to put it in so it doesn't have to withstand the postal (mis)treatment! Both are stunning.

I seem to be having trouble with receiving feeds from your blog - apologies for missing some of your posts. The matching box is a delight & I love the way you decorated your box to match the card.
