I was about to put a 'sneak peek' but stopped myself in time. This little cutie is one of Lili of the Valley's is Spring Bunny with Daffodils.
I seem to be working in pretty strong colours at the moment, unlike my usual self. Could it be something to do with the white stuff I look out at and wishing Spring would hurry along!!
The image is coloured with Copics and cut out and mounted using the Spellbinder's labels 11and I used the MME papers Ooh La La. My borders and leaves are both cut with Crealie's dies and the flower are several that I fastened together to create something that looked like a daffodil, albeit somewhat remotely!!!
I am ashamed to say I have had some awards in my drafts for a couple weeks now - having had problem with my eyes and bad headaches it was taking me too long on the computer to link them but I shall post them tonight, linked or not.

ReplyDeleteTake care of those headaches & eyes. This is a gorgeous card - love the colours & the layout is amazing with those diagonals & borders. I love the daffodil effect too. I must get out of the habit of using green for my leaves - this really shows how effective orange can be, leaves plus the teaming with that amazing black swirly patterned paper.

ReplyDeleteAnd I hope you'll feel better soon.
