Another fabulous sketch over at Sketch Saturday this week. I both flipped and mirror image the sketch to accomodate the image which is another of Eline Pellinkov's fabulous toddlers. I coloured this one in distress inks and a big thanks to Jacqui at Cat's Whiskers for her fabulous tutorial on using distress inks. I got myself a large white tile to use of the inks - brilliant - no more running into one another using my water colour palette.
The fabulous papers are some of Eline's from a cutting book I've had for ages and I'm so glad now I didn't use them all.
The border edges are cut with the MS doily lace punch as are the edges of the large flowers cut with the EK Success retro flower punch, the leaves are cut with the Leone Em ash branch and the smaller flowers with the Woodware cherry blossom punch. This little lady is one of Eline's Christmas toddlers but I really feel she is an any occassion little miss.
