Just Magnolia GDT

There's a fabulous sketch by Bev for you to follow over at Just Magnolia this week and the prize is a £10 gift voucher from Crafts U Love to spend on anything your heart desires.

I really would like to re-enforce Bev's plea for you to switch of comment verification and replace it with comment moderation - it makes commenting so much quicker and easier and means we can leave more comments and get round to more of you.

I used distress inks to colour Princess Tilda and cut and mounted on oval nesties. The Background paper is from Kay&Co, the bottom half randomly stamped with a Tim Holtz text stamp. The inner piece is stamped with a background stamp of unknown origin. I think I've well and truly distressed every possible edge, (coming from my own distress at trying to sort out my computer problems - look at my creations and you'll probably see my mood ) The leaves are cut with a Woodware punch and I made the flower from mulberry paper using the EK Success retro flower punch - that look's pretty distressed as well.  The swirls are cut with Spellbinders floral accents and everything else is from my stash.

Nearly weekend again - yippee. It's May day here tomorrow (it's May day everywhere tomorrow...derrrr!!) but I've been informed that the shops all shut on the day itself here in Germany, not on the nearest Monday as they do in the UK, so I'd better do some food shopping otherwise I shall be on an enforced diet.

Hope you all have a great Bank Holiday weekend - plenty of crafting time.

Sweetpea Candy Winner

I've used random org to get the result for the last Sweetpea candy and the winner is

which is

Laura of Faerie World Cards

congrats huni email me your address so I can get the stamps off to you.

Sadly that's the end of the candy - thank you all for entering I just wish you could all have won.

Reasons to be Happy

I think/hope my computer's fixed at last I can now see photographs on all blogs not just a few. I'd like to say thank you to all you lovely kind people who offered me advice. I tried everything advised one at a time - nothing worked so I just tried everything all at once (fingers well and truly crossed I might add) and it seems to have worked. Perhaps it was a combination of things causing the problem. Over 3/4 months things got progressively worse until I was practically losing the will live!! So thank you all for your advice.

Second reason to be happy - I'm mobile again - the garage broke a wheel locking nut putting a new tyre on my car and it only took a month to get new ones!!! But now they (had to buy 4) arrived and installed - whoopee - I can now use my car again.

And I even finished a card I've been working on for ages - had the image and papers ready, found a fabulous sketch over at Create4fun which I flipped 90% left and use the theme of 'Buttons, bows and bling' from Simon Says.

I used one of  Eline's babies, stamped it with Versafine and coloured it with distress inks. The papers are a download, the tag cut with Spellbinders fancy tags, the gorgeous tiny buttons from Jo. and the clear ones behind them from the NEC (the Hobby House - I think), the ribbon I also bought at the NEC from Crafty Ribbons - it is a metal mesh and is great fun, you can pull it into all manner of shapes and it stays, the downside is it doesn't photograph well, it looks a lot darker than it actually is.

I think that's it from me for today, I'm looking forward to going round commenting and being able to actually see a card.

Truly Scrumptious DT - Hiddden Message

Here's this weeks sketch for you over a Truly Scrumptious and the optional exra this challenge is is to design the layout so that the tag shaped element slides out to reveal a hidden message or sentiment.

Our sponsor this week is Crafty Individuals - just check out the amazing prize on offer.

I couldn't resist using this adorable cat by Crissy Armstrong - he/she is called Pebbles the Cat and he so reminds me of a cat I once had - his name was Roger (don't ask - or I might have to tell you about the rabbit and the guinea pig) and was commonly known as Fluff.  Pebbles is a digi-image available at Whimsy stamps HERE

I coloured Pebbles with Copics and and sat hime behind a Nellie Snellon frame, the gorgeous check paper is from the lovely Martine - they are a free download just go and check them out. The flowers are cut with a die from the Sizzix leaf and branch set and hung on braid which I braided myself. I've been asked for a tutorial on braiding which I am working on at the moment.  The sentiment is also a digi-download that compliments Pebbles along with others in the set.

Here is a photograph of Roger aka Fluff, curled up in a large plant pot around the trunk of my acer tree.

Copics used
E31/ 33/ 35/ 37 E70/ 71

Well the Hayfever season is truly here - I've done nothing but sneeze all morning, they are cutting the grass outside so it's all windows and doors well and truly closed.

Our theme this week over at House Mouse Monday challenge is 'Flower Power' and set by the lovely Lori

We have a new sponsor this week in Paper Cupcake Stamps with two fabulous images for the winner.

I chose  'Spring Blossoms' as my image this week and coloured it with Copics - so many different ones I haven't bothered to list them.  The patterned papers is from the Cosmo Cricket Material Girl range and I cut four triantle for the corner and edged them with the EKSuccess Scalloped Scallop punch. The corners looked a little naked so I cut slits across and fed the triangles into them.  The larger turquoise flower are cut with a Nellie Snellon cut and emboss punch, the leaves with a Carla Craft punch and the small roses are from Wild Orchid Crafts. The sentiment is Hero Arts and ribbon and pearl from stash.

A quick post as I'm busy decorating and have spent half the morning together with a small fortune at my local DIY.

GDT for Sunday's with Crissy

Crissy Armstrong has a fabulous new challenge blog called Sundays with Crissy, it is a bi-weekly challenge using digi-images and she kindly asked us (the Copic Creations DT's) to be guest designers. And here is my card using Crissy's image 'Maya blowing bubbles'  - she is totally gorgeous and an absolute delight to colour.
Crissy's digi-images are available at both Whimsy Stamps and Squigglyfly.
There is amazing prize of 15 Copic markers as for one lucky randomly picked winner.

The theme this times is 'dots' so I chose pink paper, a download, which has dots/spots all over it and the brown with white dots which is a Pink petticoat download. I embossed the brown with the Cuttlebug 'tiny bubbles' folder (fitting in with the dot theme) - and which seemed appropriate as Maya is blowing bubbles. Maya is coloured with Copics (list below) and cut and mounted onto Spellbinders labels 1. The sentiment is Personal Impressions, the flowers and leaves are from Wild  Orchid Crafts and the rest from my stash.

Copics used
Skin   -  E02  E11 E31/ 33/ 35/ 37
Hair    - Y0000  E70/ 71/ 77  W5/ 7
Tshirt  - R0000  R00  R20
Shorts - C00/ 1/ 2
Bubble bottle - G0000 G00 G21

Edited - oops - I forgot I followed the fabulous sketch by Andrea at Cute Card Thursday and am entering this into the challenge. I flipped the sketch from left to right,

I rather liked a cat that Crissy has designed, I didn't chose that one as I thought it would be rather time consuming but couldn't resist treating myself to it and found it remarkable easy so I shall be posting that tomorrrow or Tuesday.

I spent yesterday trying to sort out my viewing picture problems on my computer, no success as yet but I have  a few more things to try that you lovely people suggested.

Today I have been decorating, the weather is gorgeous and I can leave my doors and windows open and not end up with a paint headache.

Just Magnolia GDT

This week at Just Magnolia it's Anything goes.

This week our sponsor is Wild Orchid – who supply the most exquisite array of flowers and embellishments. They pride themselves on excellent prices and superb service too. And just check out the prize they have up for grabs!

I had the urge to make another box, they are so useful for keeping bit's in - you know the things I pick up off the floor when I've finished crafting, I also use two to keep images in. The finished size is 5" (13cm) so they are quite large.

The papers are some I bought at Costco a couple of years ago. The instruction for this box can be found at Splitcoast Stampers this is a box with a lid, although where I got the idea to integrate the box and lid I have no idea.

If I'm using the box to keep images, etc. in I don't decorate the inside.

This is the top of the box, Tilda is coloured with Copics, cut out and mounted with foam tape on an oval cut with Spellbinders ovals die and inked around the edges with distress inks.  The corner triangles are cut using a Friskars punch and tow metal corner pieces attached after I'd distressed them. The flowers are of course Wild Orchid Crafts as are the pink and green leaves. The pale pink leaf branches are cut with Sizzix leaf and branch die.

This is the side of the box, which for some reason looks distorted in the photograph. The whole thing didn't like being photographed and is one of those which is much prettier IRL.  I used pearl brads as 'feet' and another one with a spacer underneath to fasten the box. I braided some thread as a loop to attach to the brad.

Edited - I just remembered I intended to enter this for Simon Says challenge and the brief there this week is 'Wings'  and Tilda has them, albeit little ones.

We had sleet and hail on Wednesday, but the weather now is glorious again - let's hope it holds up for the weekend.
Now I'm off to tidy up yet another mess - I ended up crafting in my kitchen as I couldn't find 1square inch of space on my work and computer desk. I've realised the more space I have the more mess I make - sigh!!

ABC - S is for Sparke

This for the ABC challenge which is S for sparkle this week, fabulous I just love sparkle.

I used a sketch from the lovely Hanna, they are just so amazing to work with I love them. I firstly stamped a frame amd heat embossed in white, inked around the edges with a mixture of pink and brown then stamped Tilda in the middle. I only left her levitating again, didn't I, so I slotted some ribbon through the frame for her to sit on. The spotty paper had no name on it and the rest is from my 'bit box'. The ribbon is from 'Craft Ribbons' bought at the NEC, and the pearls are by Prima. I cut the leaves by hand and inked the edge of them and the flowers then glittered the edges with stardust stickles. Tilda is also liberally sticked - her headress, her petticoat and flowers all got the treatment.

This is the sketch I worked from.

Well folks would you belive it's been sleeting here today, it started of with hailstones which turned to sleet.
I knew I shouldn't have put my chairs outside - that was tempting providence!!

No card - just a drawing and a cry for HELP!!

Look what I found in my son's office - tucked away on a shelf with other stuff - so -  I snaffled it. Now we're having an argument about it - I did it so it should be mine, I gave it to him so it should be his is the way it goes!!
I did this portrait of Hannah my grandaughter when she was just short of three. I used a photograph that was and still is my all time favourite of her. I love the thoughtful, wistful look on her face.
Perhaps I should try and do another and give it to him - because I'M keeping this one.

********************************

Right - here's my cry for help - I really would like to know why I go on blogs to comment and can find no card. I can never see my card on the House Mouse challenge blog - if I ask someone to have a look they tell me it's there and they can see it - I can't. I sometimes can't even see some of my own cards on my own blog.  This is starting to happen more and more often and I really need to do something about it before I can't see any cards anywhere. I've downloaded and updated everything I think would help solve this problem to no avail.

Has anyone any advice - PLEASE!!!

No challenge - just a card!

No challenge, although I suppose I could find one if I searched. I just wanted to 'play' with my Sweetpea images which I haven't had much time to do as yet.

This one is called 'Red Hearts' - she is so beautiful and an absolute delight to colour. Most people colour this one in quite dramatic colours so I thought I would have a go at using softer, more gentle colours. I used Copics to colour her and cut a Spellbinders Foliage frame. The paper and two smaller roses are part of my birthday rak from the fabulous Martine, the glass garland is Magnolia and everything else is from my stash.

Copics used
Hair - Y0000 W00 W01 E71 E77
Skin - YR0000 E000 E00 E02 R11
Dress - B0000 B00 B02 B93 B95
Background - C00 B0000 Y0000

Another beautiful day here - hope you're having glorious weather where you are

Basic Grey DT - a Colour Combo

We have a fabulous colour combination for you at Basic Grey this week.

The prize this week is from Simon Says and is a 12"x12" pack of the new Kioshi papers - can't tell you how jealous I am that you have the chance to win these beautiful papers.

I use papers from Lime Rikey - the blue, and Origins - the yellow/gold. This gorgeous Sugar Nellie image called Raven  is coloured with distress inks and cut with the Spellbinders label dies 13,  the corners and border with EK Success punches. I used Woodware Cherry Blossom punches for the flower and stamen. The ribbon and leaves are fom my stash.

Oooops - I've just noticed a hair across the corner of the white by Raven's head, just checked it's not on the card itself  and there's also slight bleeding on the edge of her coat. I just wish camera's didn't pick up all ones little faults.

I hope you all have a fabulous weekend, it looks like it's going to be
another fabulous day here when the mist lifts.

Just Magnolia's First Birthday Blog Hop

Just Magnolia is one year old! And to celebrate we are running a blog hop which is being sponsored by Simon Says Stamp. Not only are they sponsoring the prize for the regular weekly challenge (a $20 gift voucher) there is also an amazing prize that has been sponsored by Simon Says Stamp for the blog hop.

The theme of this week's challenge is Thank-You. For the DT this means a huge thank you to all our lovely followers and entrants each week and also to our amazingly generous sponsors for the fabulous prizes they put up each week. There's another of Mina's fabulous sketches for you to follow.

I used this Tilda (can't for the life in me think what she's called) and sat her  on Magnolia's wine glass from the winter collection 2009. The check papers is Kay&Co  Blue Poppy Plaid and the sparkly one is of unknown origin from my 'bit box', Tilda is coloured with distress inks, liberally sglittered with Stardust stickles and surrounded with small glasses of champagne from the Winter collection 2010. I've attached one of Magnolia's glass garlands to the flowers which are from my stash as is the ribbon. The sentiment is from WOJ and cut out with Spellbinders fancy tags.

Now onto the blog hop - if you've not arrived here from Jacqui's blog then - ooops  - back you go.
I you have arrived from Jacqui's blog then your next port of call is to the lovely Bev.

GOOD LUCK everyone - and Happy Hopping!!

Copic Creations DT - Black hair

Welcome!   Our challenge this week is Copic Coloring of Black Hair.   Thank you to everyone who joined us for last weeks’ Flower challenge – We had some really gorgeous submissions!
We have a VERY special sponsor for this weeks challenge ......The Greeting Farm, and the winner will recieve -
Your choice of any The Greeting Farm rubber stamp and FOUR Copic markers!

What I love about Copic Creations is the challenge it sets me and it often takes me out of my comfort zone. This one certainly did - I chose this digi-image (Drummer Boy) from The Greeting Farm - black hair, plus this hairstyle certainly was a challenge and a half.  I have his hair coloured about  6 different ways but decided this was the best. I would have liked to leave more 'white' in the highlighting but when I did it looked as if he had a halo or cap on his head.

The paper are from my 'old' stash box, the music one I think is Kay&Co. The frame is cut with Spellbinders Foliage frame and the corners with an EKSuccess punch. I added some ribbon and brads at the edges of the frame as I though it looked a little bare, now I'm not so sure - opinions please!!

Copics used

Skin YR0000  E00 E02  R00
Drums  R0000  R20  R22  R27  R29

Truly Scrumptious DT

We have one of Mina's fabulous sketches for you over at Truly Scrumptious this week with optional extra of 'April Showers'.

We have this gorgeous stamp 'Milly in the Rain' from the fabulous   Pink Gem Designs as the prize this week.

I'm having another 'Mousie' day as you can see, I immediately thought of these little chaps when give the extra option of April Showers. The papers are some the lovely Martine sent me as some of my birthday rak and the brown is is bazzill. This image is 'Rainy Daisy Day' and I coloured with with copics, I was going to list them but when I saw how many I'd used I chickened out. I use a mixture of ciao's and sketch, I originally bought the ciao's as I wasn't sure I would like them, now I've fallen in love I'm slowly moving over to sketch, once there I shall be able to photograph them - much easier than listing!!
The flowers are some I had in my stash and I used a Woodware stamen punch for the centers. The strip unerneath the ribbon (had to use that as the ribbon look weird on the brown without) is cut with an EK Success punch, the leaves from a CarlaCraft punch and everything else is from my stash.

It looks like we're going to have another fabulous day - clear blue skies and the sun is already quite warm - doesn't it lift your spirits when you look out of your window in a morning and see some glorious weather- just hope this isn't summer, unless it's prepared to stay until about November.

Sweet Pea Blog Candy

THIS CANDY NOW CLOSED

This post will remain at the top, scroll down for later posts.

The lovely Lynette McAnsh of Sweetpea Stamps very kindly replaced stamps that 'Went Missing' in the post and told me if they turned up to use them as blog candy. When I returned from the UK - one of the orders that went missing was waiting for me - 2 MONTHS late - where on earth had it been????

There were five stamps in this order and I decided to split them into three lots so that three people could benefit from Lynette's generosity. This is the first one - which seems to be one of the more popular ones.

I'll leave the candy open until Wednesday 14th April and choose a winner by Random org. on Thursday 15th and at that time post the next candy.
Just leave a comment on this and 'Spread the Word' by linking to this post.

House Mouse Monday/Tuesday Challenge.

We are looking for some new DT at House Mouse Monday challenge members to join our team, you will need to produce one item every fortnight, be creative and fun!!
If you would like to be in with a chance to join our team please make sure you do the following (or your entry won't count!)
WRITE 'DESIGN TEAM' IN YOUR COMMENT WITH A LINK TO YOUR CARD FOR THIS CHALLENGE. MAKE SURE YOUR ENTRY/COMMENT IS POSTED BEFORE 24TH APRIL 1PM GMT. Simple eh!! New DT members will be announced just before our next challenge.

It's Lisa's choice this week - and she has a recipe for you to follow........two patterned papers, three flowers and one ribbon.

We have a fabulous prize this week, the choice of either a House Mouse, Gruffie, or Hoppy stamp from the amazing Simon Says

I chose this fabulous image called Hoppy Birthday  and coloured it with Copics, (wrote them down and lost the paper - yet again - I think I throw them away when I'm clearing up the horrendous mess I make doing just one card)  The papers are from the gorgeous new Basic Grey's Kioshi range. I cleverly manage to cover up one of my patterned papers, it on the downward strip that I punched with the MS Lattice punch - it is there - honest!!! The frame is made from the Spellbinders Floral Accent dies and the flowers ribbon, spacer and pearls are from my stash.

Hope the weather is as glorious where you are as it is here - I'm in a short sleeved Tshirt so it has to be hot - I don't do cold - brrrrrrr!!!

Just Magnolia GDT

This week the challenge at Just Magnolia is “Punch it out” so get out your punches and your Magnolia stamps and get creative. Don’t forget that you can combine our challenge with any other challenges of your choice as long as the main image on your creation is a Magnolia stamp you will qualify to be in the draw for the fab prize. The winner will be chosen by Random Generator next week so to be in the running all you need to do is ensure you have at least one Magnolia image on your card and link your card (not your blog) in Mr Linky and have your card posted by 8pm UK time next Thursday 15th April.

Our sponsor this week is Jacobi Drachten and the fabulous prize they have sponsored is a Magnolia Ink magazine, five rubber stamps, Ranger Cut and Dry foam and card for Copics/ProMarkers.

I used the absolutely adorable 'Princess Tilda', coloured with Copics (list below) and glittered her petticoat, socks, gloves using Stardust stickles. I dotted liquid pearls on the Tiara and then scattered them with glitter to give it some dimension, sadly I couldn't photograph this as the light was so poor here yesterday. I used Basic Grey flourish stamp around the edge of the image and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder, afterwhich I inked the edges with distress inks. The paper is once again of unknown origin - some idiot cut the label off again - who could that be I wonder ???  The border edges are cut with the MS lattice punch and the flowers with a combination of EK Success retro flower and Nellie Snellon punch and emboss flowers punches, the edges glittered - of course!!. The gauze bow behind the flowers is a wire mesh from the Ribbon Box which is great fun and can be pulled in all manner of shapes. The wired glass beads are Magnolia and the pearls and ribbon are from stash.

Copics used
Hair  -  Y0000   E71   E77  W1
Skin  -  YR0000  E00  E02  R20
Dress  -  BV0000  BV00  BV02  BV04  BV23

Check out the DT's fabulous inspiration and then get punching!!

Hope you all have a fabulous weekend

No challenge - just a card!

The up-side of losing one's internet connection is that it increases crafting time. This is an image a coloured whilst me connection was down Saturday/Sunday. Now I suppose I'll have to put her away until next Easter.

This is 'Little Bunny Tilda'and she is sat on a basket, also from Magnolia, but I haven't a clue which collection it is from, I coloured them in distress inks and cut them out using the Spellbinders Scalloped Edge Frame. The pink paper is SU and the green from my bit box. The corners are cut with an MS punch (not that you can see them as I've cleverly covered them up), the leaves with a Sizzix leaf and branch die and the ribbon and flowers are from my stash.

Distress inks used
Skin  -  Tattered Rose & Vintage photo
Rabbit suit  -  Weathered wood & Victorian velvet
Basket -  Pumice stone
Flowers -  Victorian velvet
Ribbons  - Peeled Paint

Well it's been a beautiful sunny day here in Germany with temperatures around 18 degrees, I was going to sit on my balcony but found quite a few wasps flying in and out of little holes in the mortar between the bricks. Me thinks I shall have to do something about those pretty soon before they multiply - I presume they are building nests - eeeek!

Lorraine's Candy with a Twist

The 'twist' is is that this will only last one week and Lorraine will do the random draw next Wednesday morning. You have until Wed 7th April 9am CET to enter :-)

The candy is sponsored by Heidi at Simon Says Stamp :-)
Would you like to own this Happy Hoppers Light as a Feather stamp then head on over to Lorraine's  and get entering before it's too late!!

Two Awards from my two friends, Hanna and Georgia

Two awards from the lovely Hanna and the second one is also from the fabulous Georgia two amazingly talented young crafters.

I would like to pass these awards on to all of you that have left me wonderful comments during the past few weeks. Thank you all - I appreciate them so much and have been unable to return them as - firstly I lost my internet connection, then I was in the UK for a couple of weeks and had limited computer availability. Please help yourselves and if I visit your blogs and see you haven't  I shall shout and stamp my feet at you!!!

Sketch Saturday

Thanks to having lost my internet connection most of both Saturday and Sunday I managed to make a couple of challenge cards. This one is for Sketch Saturday - a sketch by Terry which was an absolute dream to follow.

I used one of my new Tilda's, (didn't think when I bought them at the NEC that I wouldn't get to use them until Easter was practically over - I should engage brain more often!!)
Tilda is coloured with distress inks, cut with oval nesties and mounted on Magnolia's paper Somebunny loves you, on which I also stamped the sentiment by Personal Impressions. The dp is some SU sent to me by the fabulous Martine as part of my birthday rak.The three cross strips are cut with a Friskars punch and wrapped in a blue scalloped edged ribbon.  The flower is Papirloftet, the pearls from the Hobby House and the leaves cut with a Carla Craft punch.

I shall be back later - I have a couple of awards to collect and publish and..............
guess what was waiting for me when I returned from the UK..............some of the Sweetpea Stamps that I ordered back in at the very beginning of February - where on earth have they been for two months???? -  (the January order has still not arrived).
The lovely, generous Lynette from SweetPea stamps  told me to offer them as blog candy if they ever showed up, so I will be putting them up as blog candy very soon, hopefully later today.

Basic Grey DT

We have a wonderful sketch by the fabulous Martine this week at Basic Grey this week and a brilliant prize for this challenge which has been very generously donated by our one and only sponsor Simon Says Stamp, is a fab $25 spending spree to the Simon Says Stamp Superstore :),Just think of the goodies you could get with that, you lucky ducks :)

I was about to say I chose to do an easel card - I didn't - I just made the whole card upside down, had to cut the front off and decided the easiest way to deal with this was to turn it into an easel card.  Haven't done this (made the whole card upside down or back to front) for ages, hope it isn't a phase I'm going into lol.

I used one of Eline's digi Easter babies, available at Squiggly Fly, and colour it with distress inks. The papers are Lily Kate, one of my all time favourites, the image frame is cut with a Nellie Snellon die, and the borders with an MS deep cut punch. I cut out the two little rabbits that come with the image and used them to 'hold' the sentiments which is by Personal Impressions.  The flowers, lace, pearls and ribbond are from my stash and the two leaves cut and embossed by hand then I inked the edges.

I've just arrived home from the UK, so I suppose I should empty my cases and do some washing - ugghhh!! Still if I do this today I will get tomorrow to play with the goodies I bought last week at the NEC.
Hope you're all having a wonderful Easter break.

Just Magnolia GDT

There's a special monthly challenge this week at Just MagnoliaWe don’t have a tutorial for you this week, instead the challenge is Fold It! So you need to have a minimum of two folds on your card/project. Remember your creations must have a Magnolia image on to qualify for the prize draw. The winner will be chosen by Random Generator next week so to be in the running all you need to do is ensure you have at least one Magnolia image on your card and link your card (not your blog) in Mr Linky and have your card posted by 8pm UK time next Thursday 8th April.

The unstructions for this multi-fold card can be found on the fabulous Stapmartic blog together with a couple of other great designs. Tilda is coloured with Copics, cut out and 'sat' on the ribbon which is used to tie the card. I can't for the life in me remember what the papers are called - I should have written them down before I left home!!  The pearl swirl is Papermania, the long leaf hand cut and scored and the rest of the pearls, feather, ribbon and flowers are from my stash.

The card with the front 'flaps' open - the edges are stamped with Magnolia's New Year Swirl.

The edges are again stamped with the New Year Swirl stamp - the centre border cut with the Spellbinders Spades die, the circle cut with nesties and staped with a Stempelglede grunge stamp and the sentiment is Lily of the Valley.

On the back I've used the rose image from Magnolia's winter collection, cut it out and attached it to a Spellbinders label which I used to attach the ribbon to the card.

Flowers are the theme at Copic Creations this time and there is a fabulous prize of a $25 gift voucher from Paper Garen Projects.

I used this image I've had for ever, which happened to be the only flower image I could find, Where my others have disappeared heaven only knows as I haven't seen them since I moved. See the list of Copics used at the bottom of this post.
I the edges inked with distress inks. The papers are MME, the frame cut and embossed with Spellbinders curved rectangles, the borders with an MS punch and a Spellbinders Spades border die. The ribbon and pearls are from my stash.
